How do I choose the right size for my NBDN jeans?
We recommend checking our detailed Size Guide available on each product page. Since we use raw and unsanforized denim for certain collections, please pay attention to the 'shrink-to-fit' notes or contact our support for personalized sizing advice.
What is the difference between sanforized and unsanforized denim?
Sanforized denim has been pre-shrunk during the manufacturing process and will have minimal shrinkage. Unsanforized denim, also known as 'loomstate,' has not been treated and will shrink approximately 5-10% after the first soak.
How long does international shipping take?
We ship worldwide via premium couriers. International orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that hemmed jeans or washed unsanforized denim are not eligible for return.
Do you offer free hemming services?
Yes, we offer complimentary chain-stitch hemming on all full-priced denim purchases. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes, but keep in mind that hemmed products are final sale.
How should I wash my raw denim for the first time?
To preserve the indigo and achieve high-contrast fades, we recommend wearing your jeans for at least 6 months before the first wash. When it is time, hand wash them inside out in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to air dry.
