At NBDN Denim, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our raw denim and garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unwashed, and unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, leather patches, and hardware protectors are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Goods

  Send your package using a trackable shipping service to the address provided in your authorization email; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the quality of the returned denim, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
